We stock quality extruded aluminium solid rods in the following grades, offering an accurate cut to size service:
6061 T6/T6511: Our rod range is designed to meet the demands of aerospace, motorsport, high-performance applications, as well as general machining and engineering sectors. It offers a structural grade with an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. We supply this material in T6511 temper, providing enhanced stress relief compared to the T6 temper. Diameters are available from 6.35mm to 304.8mm.
6060 T5: Our rod range is ideal for general-purpose and architectural applications. This grade can be chemically brightened, anodised, and powder-coated for enhanced durability and aesthetics. Available diameters range from 10mm to 25mm.
7075 T6/T6511: This is one of the strongest aluminium alloys, offering excellent fatigue strength and moderate machinability. It’s often used in applications where parts are subjected to high stress. While it is not weldable and has lower corrosion resistance compared to other aluminium alloys, its mechanical properties vary depending on the temper of the material. Common applications include motorsport, aircraft structures, and military equipment such as rifles and missiles.
Coils: 5005: Mill finished, this is the most commonly used sheet for fabrication, sheet metal, general purpose and commercial use. We provide this rolled into a coil. Our thickness ranges from 1.6mm to 3mm.
Coils 5052: Mill finish only, this material is specifically designed for marine applications, offering corrosion resistance and medium strength. We supply it rolled into a coil, with thicknesses ranging from 1.6mm to 3mm.

6060 T5: Our flat bar range is ideal for general-purpose and architectural applications, available in both mill finish and clear anodised finish. This grade can also be chemically brightened, anodised, and powder-coated for enhanced durability. Our sizes range from 3mm x 10mm to 25mm x 160mm.
